Work parties are a great way to find out more about the garden. Work parties are the last Sunday of the month, starting at 10 am.
We don't have plots available
at the moment. If you are interested in being on the wait list for a
garden plot, please email us.
Cottonwood Community Garden is an organic garden, which means we do not allow the use of pesticides or chemicals in the garden plots. We do this to support the natural flora and fauna of the area.
The fee for a garden plot is $15 per year and the membership fee is sliding scale between $10-$30. The minimum fees for an individual gardener with a plot will be $25, for two gardeners and one plot the minimum is $35.
When you join Cottonwood Community Garden you will need to contribute 24 hours a year to help maintain the common spaces. We recommend attending a minimum of 4 work parties a year, especially for new gardeners.
Work parties are the last Sunday of the month and start at 10am. During the work parties we work on the common areas of Cottonwood and do general maintenance. We ask that you do not work on your individual plots.
